Policies of Bar N Ranch:

Reservation Policy

A non-refundable deposit equal to 100% of your total stay is required no later than 24 hours after your reservation is confirmed and will be charged to your Credit Card. If the credit card payment is invalid, your reservation will automatically be canceled. 

Cancellation Policy

You have up to 30 days before your arrival date to cancel for a 100% refund. Cancellations made within the 30-day window before your arrival date are non-refundable. This cancellation policy applies to your tent and any add-ons/enhancements you book. 

Pets Policy

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $25.00 per pet per night (up to 2 pets). Pets cannot be left unattended in the cabin and must be on a leash at all times. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. If you are planning any adventures, please verify pets are allowed before booking. Lodge Rooms are not pet-friendly. There are grassy areas on the property for pet relief. *Bar N Ranch allows dogs only.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: All pricing is based on the maximum capacity per room or cabin. Please note there is an additional 10% Resort Tax.

Check-Out: Before 10:00 AM
