Reservation Policy

A 100% Advanced Payment is taken upon reservation for your entire stay.

Cancellation Policy

Prior to 7 days of arrival: refund less a 30% processing fee. Within 7 days of arrival, or if you shorten your stay or check out early entire reservation is non-refundable.

Pets Policy

No Pets. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to all those found violating this policy. Guests traveling with service animals need to contact our main office PRIOR to making a reservation. We have limited pet rooms.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on the cabin and not the number of occupants. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high-impact periods and special requests. Rollaway beds are not available.

No smoking. A $500.00 cleaning fee will be assessed to all those found violating this policy.

A $250.00 fee will be assessed for any excessive cleaning needed or damages found. This includes leaving the stove, pans, dishes, and utensils clean in the Deluxe Cabins and the Family Cabin Suite.

Check-In: 3:00 - 9:00 pm; arrivals after 9 pm will be charged a $25 fee. The guest will need to contact the office prior to 9 pm for special check-in instructions.
Check-Out: 10:00 am; you will be charged for another day after 10:00 am. This policy will be strictly followed with no exceptions.
