Reservation Policy

Your credit card will be charged the full cost of the reservation at the time of booking. Should there be any damages to the Property or the Suite by you or anyone in your party, you will be charged for all costs.

Cancellation Policy

A 100 % refund will be made for cancellations received 48 hours before the date of arrival, with no refund thereafter. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged the total cost of the stay. For any late Check-out, a fee of one night’s rate will be charged.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Dome rates are based on a maximum of 4 people. Domes have a maximum of 4 people. Home rates are based on 4 people, and the rate will increase by $50.00 for each additional person. The home has a maximum of 8 people. No nightly minimum is required. No rollaways or pack-n-plays are available. This is a Non-Smoking Property. A $250 fine will be levied and charged if smoking is detected. No Pets are allowed. There is a $250 cleaning charge if there is evidence of any unauthorized Pets.

The front desk is open from 10 am - 7 pm MST. Late arrivals after 7 pm will receive instructions on how to locate the dome keys. The property owner is on site 24/7.
