Policies of Grand Canyon Lodge:

Reservation Policy

A deposit of the first night's room and tax is due at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. local time at least 72 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations and changes made within 72 hours of the arrival date will result in a forfeiture of the entire deposit.

Pets Policy

The Grand Canyon Lodge North Rim has a strict no pet policy. No pets are allowed in any room type at the North Rim Lodge. A $200 fee will be charged if pets are found in the room. Service animals are permitted on the property.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 14 or over is an additional $15.00 per night room rates include a Utility Pass-Through Surcharge, as well as a $1.00 per night voluntary contribution to the National Park Foundation. Guests may elect to have the $1.00 contribution removed from their invoice at check-in. Rollaway beds are available for $10.00 per night, available in the Motel Rooms and Western Cabins.
