Reservation Policy

A credit card is required to book a reservation. Full deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival. For all hot tub suites, a deposit is due 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Forfeit full deposit within 7 days of arrival. Hot tub suites forfeit full deposit within 30 days of arrival.

Pets Policy

Harborside Hotel, Spa & Marina welcomes well-mannered dogs 30 lbs. or less. Guests bringing dogs will be charged $100 per night, per dog, and a maximum of two dogs per room. Room type and location restrictions may apply. Guests will be responsible for any property damage inadvertently caused by their dogs.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is an additional $30.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Multiple nights minimum required on select dates. Non-Smoking. No additional bedding (i.e. rollaway) outside of the existing bed configuration in guest rooms and suites. A limited number of Pack & Plays are available for children upon request.

The daily $35 resort fee provides every guest with:

• Access to the Pool House on the waterfront, adjacent to the Bar Harbor Club, including three outdoor tennis courts, two outdoor pools and hot tubs, and a fitness center
• Access to hotel fitness room, outdoor pool, and hot tub
• $15 Voucher per stay to Bar Harbor Whale Watch Co.
• 2 Bottles of water upon arrival
• Wireless Internet in hotel guest rooms and public spaces where available
• Access to business center and printers
• Self-parking (Valet parking available for an additional $15/day)
• Nightly turndown service available upon request
• Concierge Service
• Daily newspaper in the Harborside lobby
• In-room coffee with coffee maker
• Access to Guest Laundry Room
• Unlimited local calls and toll-free number access

100% of the resort fee is used to support these services. No portion of the resort fee constitutes a gratuity and no portion goes to any resort associate.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

The front desk is open 24 hours.

At check-in, the front desk will verify your check-out date. For your security, a photo ID is required upon check-in to verify your reservation. The credit or debit card used for booking must be the same card presented for payment along with a valid photo ID upon check-in.
