Policies of Hearthside Inn:

Reservation Policy

All reservations require a one-night deposit (the cost of the first night, including tax). Upon check-in, 100% of the balance will be captured.

Cancellation Policy

Guests will incur a fee for the first one night if they cancel within 7 days of the check-in date / No-Show Policy - In the case of a no-show, the entire cost of the stay, including tax, is non-refundable.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 13 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Smoke-free property. Some dates require a 2-night minimum. No rollaway beds are available. Free parking is available. Overflow parking may be required. If so, there is a secondary private lot one block away. The nightly room rate also includes a full breakfast prepared on site as well as homemade afternoon refreshments.
