Your booking has been guaranteed to the credit card provided. No charges will be placed on the card at the time of booking. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Any reservation cancellation 72 hours (or 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date for July and August) prior to your arrival to avoid a cancellation charge. The front desk is located on the 3rd floor of the Columbia Icefield Centre. A separate parking lot for the Glacier View Lodge guests is located south of the Columbia Icefield Centre. Once at the gate to enter the parking lot, the code to open the gate is 1945. Once you have entered the parking lot, please proceed to the reserved parking spots for the Glacier View Lodge. Free luggage service is provided for arrivals between 4 pm and 6 pm from the Parking Lot to the hotel lobby. Please speak with the front desk upon arrival to arrange your luggage transfer.
