The Kelly Inn features a variety of room types spread out in two buildings: the Canyon Building and the Grizzly Building. The Grizzly Building opened up in 2019. Rooms sleep from a maximum of two to seven people with various bed configurations. Some rooms even have bunk beds for children. All rooms boast a new Simmons Beautyrest Pillow Top Bed, new televisions, and new custom-made log furniture. Each room also comes with Direct TV, wireless internet, fridge, and microwave. All first and second floor rooms are pet friendly with no extra charge with first floor rooms in the Canyon Building having an additional outside entrance. All third-floor rooms are not pet-friendly.
The Standard Room Two Queens resides in the Canyon Building and sleeps up to five people. The 312 square feet room comes with a custom made log furniture, 37" LCD TV with Direct TV, wireless internet, fridge, and microwave. For extra convenience, the vanity is outside the bathroom. 1st and 2nd-floor rooms are pet friendly with no extra charge. The 3rd-floor rooms are not pet-friendly. 1st-floor rooms also have an additional outside entrance. An expanded continental breakfast is also included.

The Large Suite 1 King resides in the Canyon Building and sleeps up to five people. The 400 square feet room comes with a custom made log furniture, sleeper sofa, 37" LCD TV with Direct TV, wireless internet, wet bar, fridge, and microwave. Since the Large Suite is a 3rd-floor room, the suite is not pet-friendly. An expanded continental breakfast is also included.
