A deposit equal to a one-night stay, including taxes and/or surcharges, is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due at check-in.
Cancellations/changes made 24 hours or before check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations/changes inside 24 hours of Check-In are charged a $10 fee.
A fee of $25.00 per pet is required. Pets are not allowed on park trails, in archaeological sites, public buildings, or in Kiva Deluxe View rooms. Pets must be under physical control at all times and may not be left unattended in lodge rooms or vehicles. Housekeepers will not enter a room housing a pet or service animal. Responsible pet ownership includes proper disposal of pet waste.
Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest 12 and over is an additional $10.00. Rollaway beds are not available.
