Policies of Willowtail Springs:

Reservation Policy

Payment is required in full at the time of booking for 3 nights or less. A deposit of at least one-half of the total amount is due when booking for 5 nights or more. The remainder is due 30 days prior to your stay.

Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds, but Willowtail Springs will do its best to reschedule you within two years of your original date. Cancellation must be made 48 hours before your check-in (4 pm).

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person is $15.00 per night. Minimum 3 nights stay required. Rollaway beds are not available. Please note that there is an additional $150.00 cleaning fee per accommodation.

Check-in:

• Check-in is between 4 and 6:00 PM. If you will be later than 6:00, please call in advance.
• Please do not arrive after 8:00 PM [sundown] as you will disturb other guests.
• Please bring the directions we sent to you so you know exactly how to get to Willowtail and your specific cabin.
• Your cabin will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before your arrival.  
• We will not check you in personally when you arrive. Your cabin door will be unlocked, and the key will be left inside. Call us when you are settled with any questions.

Check-out: is at 11 am.

While there is no formal front desk, you may call the owners if you have any questions.
