Policies of Moss Mountain Inn:

Reservation Policy

At the time of booking, 50% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your check-in date, you will be charged 50% of your deposit. If you cancel your booking less than 30 days prior to your check-in date, you will forfeit your deposit. If you fail to show you may be charged the full amount of your booking. If the lodge can rebook a room or rooms, the lodge will do so and consider a refund. Any refund, though, will be at the lodge's sole discretion. Traveler's insurance is encouraged.

Pets Policy

No Pets Allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests will be charged $40.00 per person per night. A 2-night minimum is required. Rollaway beds are not available.

Absolutely No Smoking inside, however, designated outdoor smoking areas are available. 

Children are not allowed. Special situations allow for children.
