Reservation Policy

A one-night deposit will be taken when booking. Reservations require a credit card guarantee at the time of booking. All CCs will be pre-authorized/charged at the time of booking. Credit cards that are declined will result in the reservation being canceled. A Credit Card holder must be present at the time of check-in.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by 3:00 PM (Pacific Time) at least two days (48 hours) prior to your arrival date. Cancellations made less than two days (48 hours) prior to the arrival date will be charged a cancellation fee equal to the first night's stay. Your room will be held until 7:00 am the morning following your scheduled arrival date. If you do not arrive and do not cancel your reservation by the cancellation deadline, your credit card will be charged 1 night's stay plus tax. The remaining nights will be automatically canceled. No refunds will be made for early checkouts.

Cancellations/modifications within 48 hours will result in cancellation fees of 100% of room and tax. No Show reservations will be charged 100% of room and tax, with any remaining days in the reservation being canceled without refund.

The hotel does not allow any cancellations or modifications for reservations that are made on the same day for same-day arrival.

Pets Policy

1. Pets(Dogs Only) are allowed in our PET FRIENDLY rooms. We recommend you call Hotel directly to book a PET Friendly Room. We do not offer Pet rooms on any Online Travel Agency (ie: expedia.com, hotels.com, booking.com, and etc).
2. Pets weighing less than 30 pounds are welcome in our Pet Friendly Rooms Only. 
3. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. 
4. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay. 
5. No animals shall be allowed in the pool area at any time. 
6. Pets must be on leash at all times.  
7. I understand that pets are not to be left unattended in room, for any amount of time. A fee of $250 will be charged to guests for each pet left unattended in room. Pets left unattended will be subject to removal. All costs incurred for kenneling pets will be the responsibility of pet owner/guest. 
8. Pet fee is $20 per pet, per night in our rooms that allow pets. Pet owners will assume responsibility for any and all injuries and pet incurs. 
9. A minimum $250 cleaning fee will be charged for evidence of pets in NON-PET rooms and damages to any room will begin at $50 and can go up to amount needed to put room in original condition.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest 18 and over is an additional $5.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-Out: 11 AM

The front desk is open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Late check-outs are subject to availability and additional charges. Guests must be eighteen (18) years or over to check into a guestroom.
