Reservation Policy

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Cancellation Policy

Canceling your reservation by 6:00 PM, at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date will result in no cancellation fee. Canceling your reservation less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival date, or failing to show up will result in a charge of one night per room to your credit card. Failing to call or show up before check-out time after the first night of a reservation will result in the cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

Pets Policy

Limited pet-friendly rooms are available on the first floor only. Reservations are accepted first come first serve. Must have prior approval in order to guarantee a pet-friendly reservation. There is no pet fee.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change depending on availability or local competition and are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 18 or over is $10.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $1.00 per day per room fee for Tourism Business Improvement District. Rollaway beds are available for $15.00 per night, not allowed in the Family Suite. ADDITIONALLY: A daily amenity fee of $15.00 per night will be added to all Holiday Inn West Yellowstone reservations from MAY through OCTOBER.
