Policies of The Pines at Island Park:

Reservation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total stay (including tax) is taken at the time of reservation. A one-time cleaning fee of $150.00 will be added to the total reservation.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations will forfeit the 25% deposit. Cancellations made less than sixty days in advance will be charged the entire reservation amount.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability or local competition. A one-time cleaning fee of $150.00 will be added to the total reservation. Rollaway beds, cribs, cots, or pack-n-plays are not available. A 3-night minimum is required.

Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

Check-in at Historic Phillips Lodge located at 3907 Phillips Loop Rd, Island Park ID, 83429. GPS devices sometimes do not register the above address. If this occurs, use the following street address: 3974 US Hwy 20, Island Park, ID 83429. This address is linked to the gas station next to the Phillips Lodge. If you will be arriving later, please make arrangements beforehand.
