Policies of Kaibab Lodge:

Reservation Policy

Your credit card will be charged for the first night's stay. This will guarantee your reservation on your day of arrival. All major credit cards are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, please notify at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid forfeiture of 100% of the first night’s deposit. There will be a mandatory $35 fee for all cancellations.

Pets Policy

• $25 per room per stay
• Weight limit of max 50lbs
• The pet must be on a leash while on the property. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets
• Select cabins only

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest age 15 years and under are free. Room rates and taxes are subject to change. Rollaway beds are not available. Cribs are available free of charge.

The lodge does not provide cooking gear or utensils. All rooms are non-smoking, There are designated outdoor smoking areas available. Rooms are subject to a $250 damages/deep cleaning fee.

Check-Out: 10:00 AM

The front desk is open from 7:00 am - 9:00 pm. If arriving after 9:00 pm, please make prior arrangements with the property.
