Policies of Moab Springs Ranch:

Reservation Policy

A credit card holds your reservation. At 9 days prior Moab Springs Ranch pre-authorizes your card for the full amount. At 7 days prior Moab Springs Ranch will process the payment in full.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations up to 7 days prior to arrival card will not be charged. Cancellations within 7 days of arrival full payment are forfeited for any changes, modifications, or cancellations. You may cancel up to 8 pm on the 7th day prior to arrival for a full refund of any charges. All cancellation requests must be sent via email.

Pets Policy

Moab Springs Ranch allows up to 2 dogs in the RANCH HOUSE BUNGALOWS ONLY (Pets not allowed in Premium Bungalows or Townhouses). At this time, dogs are the only pets allowed. The dog fee is $45 per night/per dog. Dogs must be up-to-date on their vaccinations, housebroken, not aggressive, clean, and free of fleas and any contagious diseases. Dogs must NOT be left alone in the unit unless they are in the crate. Please bring your crates from home, or Moab Springs Ranch can offer dog crates for a small fee.

Other Policy

Rate Policy: Townhomes have a 2-night minimum stay.  Pack and plays are available upon request. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-Out: Before 11:00 AM
Minimum Check-In Age: 25

The front desk is open from 8:00 AM to  9:00 PM.
