All reservations require an amount equal to 50% of the total of the reservation as a deposit at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to the reservation. If you cancel at least 60 days prior to arrival, an 80% refund may be obtained. If you must change your reservation dates please let us know by phone at least 30 days in advance. If reservations are canceled within 60 days of the reservation, you are liable for 100% of the reservation. No shows are also liable for 100% of their reservations.
Pets Policy
No pets allowed.
If a pet (or evidence) is found in a cabin there will be a minimum charge of $100. This charge will not be limited and is at the sole discretion of the General Manager.
Other Policy
Rates Policy: There is a two-night minimum on all reservations. There is a three-night minimum for all holiday weekends. If your cabin was left in a less than satisfactory way there will be an additional cleaning fee charged to your account of a minimum of $25.00. Rollaway beds are available for $20.00 per night plus tax, room restrictions may apply and there is limited availability.
Restaurant hours are 8:00 am - 8:00 pm Thursday through Monday. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and only the lodge's famous pie and beverages are served. Late season hours start after Labor Day in September. During the late season, the restaurant will be open on the weekends from 8:00 am - 8:00 pm, but food service during the week will vary based on management discretion.
Cabin Items To Rember: Silver City Mountain Resort provides all guests with bedding (fee), towels, and a fully stocked kitchen if applicable upon arrival. Please remember that Silver City Mountain Resort is a boutique resort operating off of the power grid. As such Silver City Mountain Resort has limited resources for washing linens thus Silver City Mountain Resort does not provide daily housekeeping services. While you are here please make your cabin your home! Some additional items to remember are flashlights, hiking boots, warm clothing, and food if the restaurant is closed or if you do not plan on eating in the restaurant. Last but not least please do not forget to bring a good camera to capture the beauty of the High Sierras!

The front desk is open from 8 AM - 7 PM Monday through Thursday and 8 AM - 8 PM Friday and Saturday.
Check-in & Check-out: Silver City Mountain Resort asks that guests arrive after 3 pm. Checkout time is before 12 noon. If you are departing early or Sunday between 10 am and 11 am please check out the day prior with the front desk. Thank you for understanding and for coming to the desk to check out, we enjoy seeing each of the guests before departure. Check-in at the store and restaurant. If you are checking in after 8:00 pm, or after 5:00 pm on Tuesday or Wednesday, please call ahead of time.
