Reservation Policy

Credit Card Guarantee. Check for the full amount must be sent to owners within 10 days of booking. If a reservation is made within 10 days of arrival, then can bring a check for the full amount upon arrival. No credit cards are accepted upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

10 days prior to arrival.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: A two-night minimum stay is required. A maximum of 2 guests only. Non-Smoking. Please note there is an additional one-time $50.00 cleaning fee. Remove shoes outside before entering the home. Quiet hours start at 10 pm.

Check-In: 3:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
