Apex Yosemite East or Apex Yosemite West

Apex Yosemite East and Apex Yosemite West are 2022 newly constructed duplex homes each offering two bedrooms and one bathroom that will sleep up to six comfortably. The modern kitchen comes complete with commercial stainless steel appliances, a Forno six burner stove, a dishwasher, a full-size refrigerator, a table that seats four, and a peninsula with stools that seat two. The living room offers a comfortable couch and chair, a television with a Blu-Ray player and moves to choose from plus a gas fireplace. The master room offers one king bed and the second bedroom has two queen beds. A bathroom with shower only. The duplex offers a spacious deck for relaxing outdoors and enjoying the view, a propane BBQ grill is also on the deck. These duplexes may be rented individually or together, please note that they do have a common entryway with an interior door to each unit that connects inside. The duplexes are accessed by a flight of stairs from the parking platform, 20-30 stairs to the door. During the winter time, the stairs can be icy and anyone that has mobility issues will have a hard time.
