Serenity Pines is a two-level home with three bedrooms and two and a half bathrooms. The main floor offers a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a bar that opens to the full dining area. The spacious living room is also on the main level and offers a fireplace, TV/DVD Satellite, and board games.

The upper level is where you would find the Parent's Privacy Suite, with a king bed, master bathroom, TV, and a beautiful private deck with chairs and a BBQ.
