Sunset Summit was newly completed in September of 2023. The home is located inside Yosemite National Park just 12 miles from Yosemite Valley. There is parking for three cars on a cemented pad with a flight of stairs that go down to the front door. The home features three bedrooms all with one king bed, deck access, with views of Yosemite, and two bathrooms. The living room offers a television, gas fireplace, and comfortable furniture. A separate study/den features one queen sofa sleeper and a television. The kitchen is fully stocked with a panini maker, NutriBullet, drip coffee maker, a Keurig, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. The home offers two back decks with Adirondack chairs or lounge chairs with beautiful forest views and a Weber propane grill.
