The staff were super friendly, convenient ski in/out, and the restaurant, Haydens Post, served excellent food. The complimentary airport shuttle was great since we were there for a quick 3-day ski weekend, and eliminated the need for a rental car. We ate exclusively at Haydens Post, and were very pleased with the large menu selection. The fresh snow while we were there was a big plus! This is our new favorite ski spot!

Might stay again

The condos are spread out but we were in 530 Snow King which was walkable to the main hotel. The condo was clean and comfortable. The view from the patio was beautiful. We spent a lot of time up at the main hotel for their nightly family activities and the arcade. We ate in Hayden’s Post quite a few times too. Great atmosphere and delicious food. The staff at the Snow King mountain sports shop are fantastic. We did a private ski lesson, gondola ride, snow tubing and the cowboy coaster. We did not want to leave and cannot wait to visit again.

The restaurant overlooks the ski hill with awesome views. We enjoyed the restaurant and the hot tub. Will definitely be back again. It is also a short walk to town.

Unless you have a car, avoid the condos. They have no one to drive the shuttles up the hill with your bags or skis

This would've been fine had I had a car, but it was a major hassle. While the condo was large and had certain amenities I appreciated, it was so far from the main hotel, and a real inconvenience when I had to take my skis down to the main hotel. I was staying at Snow King for a convention, and then walk up the hill each night in the cold was not pleasant. There was no bellman and I had to lug my bags and skis up the stairs to the third floor. There was supposed to be a shuttle, but there wasn't. There was no maid service, no clean towels, no garbage emptying, no clean sheets or even any tidying up. The people at this hotel were very nice but I got the distinct impression that the hotel just doesn't pay its staff enough. Several times a day, I would hear the excuse that they were understaffed. They certainly didn't tell me that they were understaffed when I booked the room. The front desk was also inexperienced and hopelessly slow. The breakfast was good. The cocktails were good. I liked most of the staff, but I felt like I was visiting in the off season.
