This hotel is very good and in a great location with a friendly front desk staff.. And it will soon be excellent because of renovation. It is only a few minutes away from one of the world's greatest caverns (Luray) and Skyline Drive. The room I had was a blend of old and new. But the bed was clean and comfortable and everything worked fine. It is located in a lovely, quiet area and is pet friendly (with fee). I wish breakfast was more substantial with more selections, including fresh fruit. But coffee is available all day, a plus. I recommend this hotel based on my experience. It is also the best price in the area.

terrible. Never again!

The place was filthy. The bathroom toilet still had a turd in from the last occupant. There was hair and mold throughout. We had to change rooms after we had already unpacked. The rugs still had food all over it. It looked like it had never been cleaned recently. Never again.

This hotel has gone downhill. Stayed there several years ago and the difference was remarkable. It is in dire need of paint and upgrading. When we checked in the man at the desk was adamant in the rules, etc. He wasn't welcoming at all. The picnic tables looked as if they were from the 1950's. I will say the rooms were fairly clean but there was mold on the bathroom ceiling. The AC/Heat smelled bad. The TV remote didn't work. We had to get a different remote and that one barely worked. We were overcharged by booking.com. This hotel doesn't deserve to have the DAYS INN logo. It advertises "breakfast" but that consisted of a small muffin, a small breakfast bar and no cooked foods. We paid $652.32 for two rooms for two nights. Outrageous! Don't stay here and if you do, the hotel advertises $80. per night. Do not pay more than that.

This was a pretty typical Days Inn hotel. The rooms were clean, but slightly outdated. The location was great- a few miles from downtown Luray and Shenandoah National Park. It is in a beautiful location, surrounded by mountains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My biggest complaint would be the breakfast. It only consists of coffee, orange juice, a muffin, and granola bar. So be prepared to either bring your own food or go out for breakfast. Also, there was not coffee pot in the room, so you had to go to the office/lobby area for coffee.

Had a little trouble checking in because I did early check-in so I was getting charge twice. But the clerk fixed it. Besides that staff is very nice, rooms are clean and will stay theremore times. The rooms were big enough for my granddaughter wheelchair to fit in room
