The common spaces of this hotel are absolutely beautiful. We had two rooms as we were traveling with our adult children. My husband and I had a king, and the kids had two queens. Their room was noticeably larger and had a great walk-in closet. It made ours feel much smaller, even though the space was truly adequate for our needs. The "sofa bed" as others have commented was not truly a bed but a flat couch. It was fine for our purposes, but a tall person would not find it comfortable. The pool was lovely. Breakfast was good, but I do wonder if the scrambled eggs were fresh as they had an overly consistent texture. I gave our stay 4 stars rather than 5 for several reasons. First, the walls are thin. We could hear talking in the hallway, doors closing, and every night thought there were elephants living above us because the footsteps were so loud. Second, we found the water in the sink to have a funky odor which we inquired about. Not sure if anything happened, but the smell remained. I was also a bit surprised that we had to pay for parking as the rooms were already on the pricey side, but I knew that going in so I can't hold that against the hotel. Overall, a 4 star stay, but I would personally check out other options before returning.

Our room type changed from king to 2 queen last minute. Not sure how they chose who to change the room but I was unhappy about it because I prefer a shower and I don’t need a big closet. The room is spacious with working area. The location is convenient with shuttle just outside and restaurant nearby. The room on first floor was actually quiet but I did hear footsteps from upstairs. The parking is not free! The breakfast is great, making own waffle smells great and delicious. Checkin was efficient, they just check my ID and gave my room key, within 5 minutes! They were very accommodating of late check out.

Way above expectations!

Zion was our first stop on a trip across Utah & this was the first of 2 SpringHill Suites we stayed in. We're Bonvoy / Marriott regulars and this is a top tier property (at this level). Amazing setting, beautiful and clean rooms / grounds, fantastic pool and super walkable. We ended up driving in to the park but the free shuttle is a great option. The staff was fantastic and gave great advice on getting in and out of the park. Coming back after days of hiking to the fire pit out back and gorgeous sunsets was a great way to wind down. As others have noted the breakfast is one of the best I've had included anywhere. Lots of options, well stocked and clean. Even with a packed house full of families the mornings always had seating pop up at the right moment and a great selection of food. ...if you are planning a similar trip - do not expect anything close to the same experience at the SpringHill Suites in Moab / Arches.

The guy who checked us in walked us to our building to make sure we could find it and get in ok. Breakfast was clean, well managed, and very good! I’m finished with what I have to say but it’s making me write more characters until I can submit it. So

Great Location - Nice Stay.

Hotel is located in Springdale and you can easily walk to restaurants, shops and market. As well as it is 3 min drive from park entrance or you can take the bus. Room was well appointed, breakfast was fine and as excepted. Good spot as home base for exploring Zion and the overall area.
