I've stayed in a couple other hotels in the Harrisonburg/Staunton area when visiting JMU, and this is by far my favorite. Always clean and well taken care of, easy access to campus and downtown, and a great evening vibe with occasional live music and a nice little bar in the lobby. Definitely recommend.

Very nice hotel. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Parking was not bad as is was not connected to the hotel but the garage was only a short walk thru the breezeway. Customer service was friendly and helpful. Hotel is also connected to campus which was a plus. I will visit again.

The hotel was perfect for a JMU graduation. We had three rooms with different family members and everyone had a wonderful experience. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and no noise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks so much!

I enjoyed my stay. I did ask for my room to be dusted (429). Loved the shower. Mattress was not top tier, but I rested well. Staff were very helpful and friendly! I will definitely return and recommend to colleagues and friends that travel to the area.
Beyond 5 stars.

After traveling all day, we decided to stop and rest before the second half of our drive. We were tired and wanted to eat, have a drink and chill. From Check-in I knew we were in a guest first, 5 star hotel. The building was stunning! Food and service at Monty’s 10+ with live music in the lobby bar after… there is no need to leave the hotel. Check out was easy, and our stay was so great we decided to stop and the way back as well! John at the front desk revered us… and this time we had our new puppy. John and the manager were so welcoming, took pics of the dog and made us feel like we were at a friend or family members home. Definitely the best hotel in town!
