This Best Western is the best of the best. Excellent in every way. Our room was spacious, very clean, extremely updated, breakfast was great, parking was ample. The people behind the front desk were welcoming and helpful. If we are back in the area, we would be sure to book at this Best Western!

SUCH A COMFORTABLE WELCOMING HOTEL!!! My sister and I stayed at this location during our annual birthday trip, April 16-17. We look for comfort, location and quiet at the end of a long day of hiking and we found it in this Best Western. The lobby is open and inviting. Many guests were sitting by the fire and just lounging enjoying the atmosphere. They serve coffee/espresso/water/lemonade in the lobby throughout the day. The rooms are clean and the beds soooooooo comfortable!!! Large rolling carts to help with luggage. We requested additional towels and they were immediately brought to the room. The views from our room were stunning. Breakfast is served and there is a HUGE variety available for everyone! The only complaint would be the coffee maker in the room, it really didn't work. So we were thankful for the coffee and espresso machine in the lobby. We had snow our last night (a LOT of snow) and the young lady at the front desk was so kind to loan me an ice scrapper and brush to clear what I could from my car at 5:30 in the morning. Had she not it would have taken FOREVER to clear it. To one and all, we thank you for taking care of us and making our stay so enjoyable!!

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights in April. We had a room with 2 queen beds. The bathroom area was huge! We had a double sink vanity. I’ve never had that at a hotel. The breakfast buffet had a lot of options and was good. The hotel was very clean. I highly recommend staying here while you visit Bryce Canyon. There is not a lot to do in town besides the park. We mostly ate across the street at Ruby’s. We also did not utilize the shuttle system into the park. This hotel does include a stop, which is nice. We chose to drive into the park early and had no issues finding a parking spot at Sunrise Point.

Solid choice for Bryce Canyon visit

There are only a couple of hotels to stay right in Bryce Canyon City. This is a generic hotel, but clean, large room (we were 2 adults, 2 kids), really large bathroom with 2 sinks, and separate bath/toilet— so easier for everyone to get ready in the am, large nice hot buffet breakfast, heated pool (but we did not use) Entrance to the park is just a few minutes away, or 1 minute to the NP shuttle parking lot— which we had to use because park was so full they weren’t letting in any more cars. Worked out well with the shuttle. Solid choice.

A bit dated and expensive, but good if you want some quiet

This is the fancier option in town and it feels quite nice and not as hectic or crowded as Ruby's Inn. The rooms are nice and clean, although the decor is obviously dated. Staff is not very friendly for some reason. The breakfast buffet is pretty good with lots of options and opens at 6:30, great if you want to beat the crowds at the park.
