We had two rooms, one standard queen and one kitchen suite with 2 queens. There was a moldly bathtub which was unusable in the most expensive room and worn pillows in both rooms. The staff were pleasant although when they were told about the mold they were ineffective and thanked us for letting them know...they already knew and rented us the room anyway.
Skip this lodge and stay elsewhere.

The location is good and the staff are friendly. The room was large with good bedding except for the pillows which were too big and hard to sleep on. The headboards were very unique and creative. However, we were disappointed by the lack of care given to this property. The carpet in our room had big stains on it and the hallway carpet was in need of vacuuming. The roof of the fitness centre was in very bad repair with beams that looked like they could fail at any point.

The room was clean and beds were comfy.
When I asked for more towels, I felt like I was an inconvenience.
Looks like the hotel is under renovations that started long ago and haven’t been completed.
Dirty bathroom floors in swimming area
Patio near pool has random items laying around, broken cart, weights

Excellent hotel . Very clean ... cute . Small things need repair bit over 100%. Good job guys

A nice and clean room that was large. We had deluxe room with a king bed which had a nice soaker tub, dual sinks in the bathroom area and also a separate shower (which was quite large). The place is close to all the shops and restaurants which makes everything quite walkable.
The only downside is upon entering our room, there was a very strong scent of cleaner (a bleach based cleaner). We had to open the windows to air the place out as it was very strong.
We would gladly return here again when visiting Waterton in the future.
