I was pretty grossed out and wouldn't use it for remaining stay. Then the last night there the fireplace stopped working. At 10 pm we didn't want to switch rooms the night before we leave. So when we left, we told Pat about it. He acted like he didn't care. Asked us about troubleshooting and why we didn't call. Our phone wasn't working. If I had known about the dirty tub and the broken fireplace, I'd have chosen another place to celebrate my anniversary. So I'm sharing with you. Dirty tubs and staff who don't really care if you had a terrible night. Exception being Brian, who was charming and friendly and the supervisor Leanne

Loved it

Alot of thought has been put into doing it.
The staff are all very friendly welcoming and helpful
The location is excellent, right in Watertown.
Breakfast was taken at the Bayshore sister hotel and was good.
Highly recommended

Definitely was a very good value for the money. We just come from Lake Louise, where everything is much smaller and more expensive. We did a 10 day trip from glacier national Park into the parks and into Canada and my wife had wanted to go to Waterton. I actually had not wanted to go but found this to be one of my favorite places. We ended up seeing 10 bears and just 1 Hour Driving one of the roads very early in the morning. Nick, at the hotel was great, helped when we had an issue with our fireplace. They have a small restaurant at the hotel of which they delivered the food to the room. I would definitely stay here again.

Decent place in Waterton.

Heat is from a thermostat controlled gas fired fireplace, so you do get colder than you would like before the heat kicks in and warmer than you would like before it turns off. Not a huge deal. Parking is off a somewhat janky alley way.
