Our experience at the Fairmont Château Lake Louise was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely pampered by the extraordinary service. We especially enjoyed the exclusive Gold Lounge with its fun games and delicious canapés, as well as the relaxing breakfast at Louiza and evening drinks at the bar. The shopping experience on-site was a delightful surprise, and the massage at the spa was the perfect way to unwind. Every detail made us feel special—this stay exceeded all our expectations.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. Everything from cleanliness to food to comfort and location is top notch! We stayed on the gold level and had amazing service food and an amazing room. From bell hop to valet and friendliness it was epic! Ask and it’s a 10/10

This is the most beautiful place in the world and the nicest destination I have ever visited. It is better than my expectations, which was already through the roof. The room was absolutely gorgeous, and the views were breathtaking. Everything you would want including many restaurants on property, the concierge team were outstanding and so were everyone else including the bellman.

Amazing piece of real estate and well worth a visit, it is very expensive and you’ll pay lots of extras. Staff very (over) attentive, lower end restaurants not up to scratch. Get a newly renovated room and be lucky to get a bathtub, amazing walk out into lake when frozen.

this place was amazing but very pricey for my taste. but since its my wifes birthday i bit the bullet. tea time was worth it. and the lake was frozen over so walked the entire length of it from end to end. almost. free parking but have option for pay parking closer to hotel. once in a lifetkme experience for sure and i recommend.
