This is in a very convenient location near to the Bar Harbor Visitors Center. Breakfast was included and allowed for dietary options. Our room needs a thorough cleaning and a bit of updating as it is a bit aged. Very friendly desk clerks. For those with electric cars, chargers are about 15 miles away in Ellsworth. Although there are chargers in town, they are not Superchargers and are very slow.

I enjoyed our stay at the Days Inn despite the bad reviews that had me worried. The breakfast was appreciated with hot oatmeal and condiments, apples, oranges, hot chocolate, coffee and cereal. While, it's true the room was musty, I was able to leave our window open for fresh air. The room was spacious and comfy. The balcony had a nice view. The breakfast area had plenty of seating and was kept very clean. The location is perfect for Acadia National Park and downtown Bar Harbor. It was a fun stay and I appreciated getting a hot chocolate when we got back to our room on the cold nights.

Room is pretty gross all around and it is in no way worth the money to stay here. The linens are kept in open shelves outside on the walk way and our door didn’t even close all the way so when it rained it rained or got windy it came into the room. Shower did have plenty of hot water but the bathroom also had no ventilation and obvious mold.
Mold in room and hotel knew there was mold in room and still booked room

Mold in room and hotel knew this and still rented room and did not offer another room option and then took only $100 a night off bill!

NO SERVICE. STAYED FOR FIVE DAYS AND I HAD TO EMPTY MY OWN TRASH AND GET THE TOILET PAPER AS WELL AS CLEAN TOWELS. PRICE WAS EXPENSIVE FOR A TWO STAR HOTEL. THE BREAKFAST WAS REALLY JUST BAGGED SNACK ITEMS. NO EGGS. THE BATHROOM FLOOR WAS SCRATCHED FROM THE DOOR AND THE FRONT DOOR DID NOT CLOSE PROPERLY. YOU COULD SEE DAYLIGHT THROUGH THE JAMB WHEN CLOSED. YOU NEED TO DO BETTER!
