Once in a life time experience. They are still under construction- but the covered wagon we stayed in was beautiful- the outdoor fire pit- was the place to be. The sunsets were amazing- the grounds were nice to walk- and you can see all the added amenities coming- this is a great vacation spot- The beds were unbelieve also!

We loved our stay here! We staying in the Teepee. It was perfect. Loved the hot tub at night after a day of hiking. Didn't use the outdoor kitchen as much but certainly it was well appointed. The bed was super comfortable...the bathroom was nicer than our hotel in Vegas the night before. I would say it's a 20 to Springdale...it really wasn't that bad at all. The city of La Verkin is very close and that is where we went to get groceries. Overall...really great stay...It made our trip unique and fun rather than staying in a boring hotel. Our kids were super excited about it and that's what made the difference.

Had a great stay. Spent 4 nights and was a wonderful experience. The outdoor kitchen was well stocked with a nice heater above the sink. The fire pit was a great place to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Had one minor issue, but it was handled promptly. Would definitely recommend staying here. We enjoy finding unique and different places to stay, and this is one of them.

Loved this place.

This place was a great stay for the two nights we were in town. Very friendly staff and loved the shuttle service to Zion and back. It is a beautiful campground and very peaceful. We had an RV this trip, but would love to try one of their other glamping stays in the future. The place has a lot of future plans in the works and it will be exciting to see it once completed.

Fun and Unique, but expensive for what you get.

A fun, unique experience. Wagon rooms were cozy and clean. A/C worked well and unit was surprisingly well insulated. Had we been on a car trip and able to utilize the BBQ/outdoor seating, that would have been better. Would have been a fun family experience with small children. No Pool or Fitness Center. Resort is 10+ miles from Zion entrance - with traffic and road construction, it took about 1/2 hour to get to Springdale for the park and restaurants. As was, for just the tiny room, where you could hear the neighbors, and the distance to the park, it was not worth the $320/night (fees and taxes added $200 to our bill!).
