A beautiful serene location away from over populated area's, a true escape! We enjoyed the outdoor hot tub at night, what a way to end the day! The staff were very attentive and knowledgeable about the area and wildlife. Having an onsite restaurant was a bonus and the steak was perfect!

An absolutely amazing location coupled with wonderful accommodations. The drive to the location is super cute and full of scenery. The mountain views are next level legendary. The parking lot is a bit dysfunctional if you drive a large vehicle. I 100 percent recommend staying there.

My husband and our dog were in Jasper briefly for work and decided to spend a couple nights at PLL. We were impressed with the room and the value of our stay. The staff were very welcoming to our fur baby and kind/attentive. We had both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant during our stay and enjoyed our meals very much. Great ambience. Also liked the hot tub - small but clean and well maintained. We had a patio with an outdoor gas fireplace and loved sitting out and looking at the scenery. Our only complaint was the poor wifi.

The location was terrific! It is in a perfect spot near the lake and mountains! Ideal for families and people in groups, perfect for events such as weddings, seminars and etc. We enjoyed the place even though it's the start of spring. We would definitely visit the place again in the summer, which I think would be more fun.

This is our second stay at Pyramid Lake Lodge. We were in 71 at the very top. Spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Great improvement on walkways❤️ All up hill! As seniors, the stairs are hard. You must be able to walk lots of stairs. 👍🏻 We love the larger style mini fridge. A bit skimpy on towels on arrival. Only had towels and face cloths. Very small bedroom with queen size bed. Sofa bed was really hard to open. Not comfortable. Was expecting the ‘Cavell’ room, misleading photos online, but this was pleasant. Clean rooms and enjoyed the kitchenette. Cottagy feel. So close to beautiful scenery 😊 and wildlife. The price has increased since last May. It’s so great and a blessing that the fires missed this gorgeous piece of heaven (scenery) the resort itself is ‘Good’. Enjoyed our stay… the stairs will be the reason we choose another hotel next time. We are in our 70’s and getting less able to manage the steep flights of stairs and uphill access to the rooms. Staff are really friendly and helpful.
