Staff people were very nice and friendly too . It was very tidy and clean . Pretty atmosphere and too modern. I would love to go back there again if I am rich .

Resort could have been Better but has Potential.

Published Date: Apr, 21, 2025 Travel Date: Apr, 1, 2025 Rating: 3 This resort offers a unique experience—it's all about stargazing in a luxury dome. And the dome itself truly delivers: it was spotless, with a super comfortable king-size bed and a modern, well-appointed bathroom. The whole concept has so much potential, and I genuinely hope it gets there, because right now, it's falling short in a few key areas.
First, while the accommodations felt upscale, the hospitality did not match. The staff seemed to lack proper training, and overall service didn’t meet expectations for a place positioned as a luxury destination.
A few things to be aware of: the resort is quite remote. The nearest town is about 10 minutes away, and Bryce Canyon is roughly 30 minutes out. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it does mean on-site amenities become a lot more important—especially food and drink options.
Before our stay, we were notified that the on-site restaurant was under construction. This was surprising, since the resort is only a year old, and the original booking site showed a bar and dining area. (They’ve recently updated the website to reflect the closure.) During our visit, the bar/restaurant dome was being used as food storage. Guests could dine outside on the patio or in “snow globes,” which sounded fun, but came with some caveats: reservations had to be made daily at 4 PM for that evening, and the dining time was capped at 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Luckily, I was able to get a reservation, and it worked out fine, but the process felt disorganized and could have been handled much more professionally. Also, while the site originally advertised a full bar, only beer and wine were available—again, not a dealbreaker, but worth noting.
There’s also limited indoor space for guests to relax. With the restaurant dome out of commission, the only public indoor seating was in the lobby tent, which had just three small loveseat-style couches. Not ideal, especially since the valley winds made outdoor lounging uncomfortable at times.
As for activities, they were pretty minimal. There was a live local musician performing in the lobby tent, and he was actually quite good, but beyond that, entertainment was sparse.
In summary, this should have been a 5-star experience—the infrastructure is there—but they’re not quite ready to deliver at that level. Until they resolve the restaurant and hospitality issues, I’d be hesitant to recommend the resort. Hopefully, with a bit more time and focus on service, they’ll live up to the potential this concept clearly has.

Would definitely stay at again! Food was delicious. Enjoyed the s’mores and campfire experience. Dinner and breakfast were yummy. Nicely located just 20 minutes outside of Bryce Canyon. For Star Wars fans, it looks like Tatoonine.

I received a wonderful phone call from the GM truly addressing and understanding my concerns. This place is unique and just so happy they are willing to admit they are working out a few things. Regardless this will be an experience you will never forget. Be aware it’s very remote hence the dark sky and stargazing, bring some food in case they are still under kitchen renovation. Incredible unique place to stay!!

Despite the chilly night weather, the inside of the dome was perfectly warm and cozy, making it so comfortable. The highlight was stargazing while being comfy in our bed—it was absolutely magical. Highly recommend for a unique and unforgettable getaway!
And they had free smores and live music at night! Super fun!
