BW Dessert Inn is a perfect place to stay for a West entrance to the Yellowstone visit

Staff are courteous a helpful. Our rooms ere clean and odorless. The breakfast and pool areas clean and well maintained. I can easily recommend staying here. In addition, I found the location a few blocks from the visitors center, West entrance to Yellowstone Park, Bear and Wolf Wildlife Park, Souvenir Stores, and eateries.

The hotel feels tired and run down. Our immediate impressions turned out to be accurate. This hotel is poor, the staff unfriendly and the morning breakfast was awful! The walls and floors do not have insulation, so you can hear every noise, and the pillows have no comfort. Wow! I was happy to check out. The scary thing is that this is rated as one of the best hotels in town!

Every year I go to West Yellowstone for a snowmobiling trip and this hotel is my go-to choice. While not a luxury property, for the area it is one of the best properties...the rooms are comfortable and spacious and quiet, there is a pool, the desk staff is helpful, the breakfast is generous a decent, there is plenty of (free) parking, the price is competitive, and it is located right in the heart of town.

Generic but perfectly satisfactory. Room very good...lots of space, though nearby ice /vending machine noise did intrude at night Location and parking fine. Breakfast was adequate....take your time and figure out where everything is first... Desk hospitable.

One of the WORST hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was filthy, the pool was filthy, and there were no parking spots available in the lot. The breakfast food was inedible. The staff was rude and then they woke us up at 2 am with a "Wake up call" even though we hadn't schedule any wake up call at all, much less at 2 am! Please do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR away from this hotel.
