The room was exactly what we expected...nice & spacious, corner room, 3rd floor, fireplace, bathtub, plenty of towels, wash cloths & hand towels. Nice mountain view. Jeff who worked the desk at night was very helpful & friendly. Swimming pool, restaurant in-house, workout room. We've had a great experience. D&M

The king suit has 2 full restrooms. The only thing that sucked is the bar closed at 9pm BUT the whole town shut down at 9.

Service and room good; food horrible

The problem was with the breakfast. Unlike most holiday inns, breakfast was not included and we paid $38+ for the two of us for each morning. Food was horrible. Powdered dry eggs; tasteless french toast: COLD coffee (I think it was left from the day before; There was a sign indicating the choice of breads (but 4 of the 6 did not exist). The staff and service were exemplary.

What a great touch for the amazing area in Estes Park. There was a walking stick but no binoculars, which doesnt surprise me, but the sign should be chamged
We were surprised at the limitations offered at this Holiday Inn. VERY VERY dimly lit room , no chair or table in the room, there is a small shelf table between the beds but nothing on the sides of the bed where you can put a drink, glasses, phone etc., no microwave, and just open shelves for clothes. No in room safe.
We were also surprised that the breakfast offering was exactly the same for Sat and Sunday. On Sat we arrived in the dining area at 7am and it was very good. On Sunday we arrived at 8am to find most things gone already.

Just the tour
