Beautiful location with easy access to Zion National Park. The grounds are very tranquil and the staff were very helpful. We loved lounging by the pool reading after our time hiking in the Park. Room amenities for toiletries were luxurious! The sound machine was a lovely touch! The only piece of feedback for improvement would be to add some USB outlets near the bedside table or add a clock to the room!

Excellent stay at Flanigan’s in Springdale. The resort is .6 miles from the Zion visitors center and an easy walk. The room was large and very comfortable. The staff very helpful and friendly. And the Spotted Dog restaurant next door had great food for dinner! Would definitely stay here again.

Whenever traveling to Zion which I do pretty much twice a year it’s hard not to stay at Flanigans. I’ve been a returning customer since 2017 and I love everything about it. I love it so much that I want to get married here but they don’t offer those services sadly. They’re renovating a few things and I just hope they don’t renovate everything. I understand that things have to be updated but the older rooms are the best for getting the vibe

Having read a number of reviews, my expectations of Flanigan's were high--and Flanigan's met those expectations in every way. Our room was spotless, comfortable and beautiful. The view from our balcony (Room 209) of The Watchman was spectacular. We had dinner at The Spotted Dog, and that was also excellent, both in terms of quality and value. The location can't be beat, as it's just a short walk to the Zion entrance. In short, we look forward to returning to Flanigan's and now view it as our go-to place for future visits to Zion.

Me and my partner instantly fell in love with the place. Cant wait to see it finished! Only thing I can say is we stayed in the desert king and absolutely loved it but I’d recommend a wider shower head. It’s a little small for more than one person to shower at once, and when you’re hanging out on the back porch area there is so exposed pipes but that’s so small and doesn’t really matter! I would recommend updating pictures on your website. I was under the impression of there being a private wooden deck instead of the back porch based on the pictures BUT that room and property and staff are amazing.
