All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at the time of booking; debit cards are not accepted. Cards provided to guarantee reservations are liable for any applicable cancellation or no-show charges. Cards may be pre-authorized prior to arrival to verify validity. Bookings of 3 rooms or more will be charged a one-night plus tax deposit.
Holiday Deposit: Between December 20th and January 4th all reservations for the Two Bedroom Condos, Wolf Two Bedroom Condos and Wolf Four Bedroom Condos. Any booking you make for these suites between those dates will require a deposit of the first night plus tax.
Cancellations received after 4:00 PM, 3 days prior to your arrival date, will be charged the first-night room rate plus taxes. Exception - Prepaid reservations are non-refundable.
Holiday Cancel: Between December 20th and January 4th all reservations for the Two Bedroom Condos, Wolf Two Bedroom Condos and Wolf Four Bedroom Condos. Any cancellations received after 4 pm, 14 days prior to your arrival date will forfeit the deposit taken.
We hope to make your pet’s visit as enjoyable as your own. To ensure your furry friend is comfortable, we will provide a pet bed, water, and food bowls, take home toy and special treats.
Please let us know when you make your reservation that your pet will be traveling with you so we can sure everything is ready for your arrival.
Pet charges are $25.00 CAD per pet per night. Dogs and cats only; Maximum 2 pets per room (up to 50lbs).
Rates Policy: Rates are based on the Canadian Dollar and double occupancy. Each additional guest age 16 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.
