Reservation Policy

All reservations require a valid credit card guarantee due at the time of booking; debit cards are not accepted. Cards provided to guarantee reservations are liable for any applicable cancellation or no-show charges. Cards may be pre-authorized prior to arrival to verify validity.

Cancellation Policy

To avoid the penalty of the first-night room rate plus taxes, reservations must be canceled 72 hours prior to arrival. In case of a no-show, the first night room rate plus taxes will be charged.

Pets Policy

We hope to make your pet’s visit as enjoyable as your own. To ensure your furry friend is comfortable, we will provide a pet bed, water, and food bowls, a take-home toy, and special treats.

Please let us know when you make your reservation that your pet will be traveling with you so we can sure everything is ready for your arrival.

Pet charges are $25.00 CAD per pet per night.

• Pets are not to be left unattended at any time
• Pets must be on a leash at all times – it’s the law
• Please pick up after your pet
• Furniture is for humans
• Pets are not allowed in certain public areas
• Not all rooms are pet-friendly

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on the Canadian Dollar and double occupancy. Each additional guest age 16 or over is an additional $20.00 per night. Rollaway beds are not available.

No Front Desk - Dorothy Motel will email you when you're due to check in, offering mobile check-in without needing a front desk. If you have any issues or would rather check in in person, simply head over to the Banff Caribou Lodge (521 Banff Avenue), and they will be more than happy to help!

***PLEASE NOTE*** Check-in at the Banff Caribou Lodge & Spa, just down the street (521 Banff Avenue). The front desk is open 24 hours.
