Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made by 4:00 p.m. local time at least 48 hours in advance of the scheduled arrival date. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of one night.

Rates Policy: Rates are based on the Canadian dollar and are subject to a 2% Destination Marketing Fee, a 4% Alberta Hotel Tourism Levy, and a 5% General Sales Tax. Rollaway beds are not available.

 NOTE: A valid passport is required when crossing the United States/Canadian border.
