Cancellations/changes made more than 24 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations/changes made less than 24 hours prior to 4:00 PM local time on arrival date will forfeit full deposit.
Pets are allowed in Traditional Rooms only with a $30.00 non-refundable fee required per pet, per night. This fee is collected at check in. Excessive cleaning fee of $250.00 will be applied for any rooms that require deodorizing for cigarette/cigar smoke, or excessive pet cleaning, or professional carpet cleaning. Pets must be on a leash at all times when outside the room. Pets should not be left unattended or tied up outside on patio or balcony. Housekeepers will not clean the room if pet is left inside unattended.
Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change or increase depending on availability and season. All rates are based on double occupancy. Additional guests aged 13 or over are an additional $12.50 nightly fee. The rate includes a National Park Fund Donation of $1.00 and an $8.00 utility surcharge per room per night. Please be advised that as a condition of your reservation and stay at Lake Powell Resort, a mandatory resort fee will be charged in addition to the room rate. This fee will cover a variety of amenities and services that are available to all guests at the hotel. The current resort fee amount is $14.99 per room per night and is subject to change without notice. Rollaway beds are available at no additional cost and are available in any room, but there is limited availability.
