Policies of The View Hotel:

Reservation Policy

A valid credit card is required to reserve the room. You will be charged upon check-in. Please note that only valid credit cards are accepted as a form of payment. 

The VIEW Hotel requires guests to provide a valid credit card at check-in. If the guest cannot provide a credit card, the guest will be unable to check-in. A credit card is required for incidental charges in the amount of $50.00. A card needs to be present at check-in to be charged for all payments. Pre-paid cards are not recommended for the incidentals. The VIEW Hotel does not accept cash. The VIEW departments will not provide cash and there is no ATM on the property. The View will not accept checks, wire transfers, or any other type of money transfer (PayPal, Venmo, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

10% cancellation fee for any cancellation. 25% fee within 45 days of arrival. No cancellations within 72 hours of arrival. Anything canceled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged 1st night room and tax.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are subject to change due to seasons and holidays. Rates are based on double occupancy. Each guest aged 12 and over is an additional $10.00 per night. Rollaway beds are available for all rooms for an additional $10.00 per night. Pack' n Play is also available for an additional $6.00 per night. Please note there is an additional $19.99 amenity fee per night plus tax.
