Reservation Policy

A deposit equal to the first night room rate, plus tax will be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

All reservations may be changed or canceled at no charge by 4:00 pm MDT 3 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that changes to the reservation will be subject to availability and any rate differences.

Pets Policy

Pets are allowed $25.00 USD per night, max 80 pounds, max 2 per room. Look for Pet-Friendly rooms when choosing your room. Pets are not permitted in the pool area, fitness center, or food and beverage outlets at any time, and must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas and on exterior grounds of the hotel property.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional person over the age of 18 is an extra $10.00 per person. Please note there is an additional daily $15.00 Hotel Service Fee per night. Rollaway beds are $15.00 per night, based on availability.
