Policies of Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort:

Reservation Policy

• Deposit at Booking: A 50% deposit will be due upon booking, which you should have already paid to confirm your reservation. 
• Final Payment: The remaining balance will now be due 30 days before your arrival (previously due upon arrival). A reminder notification will be sent via email and text message in advance of this final payment.
• Please note: If your reservation is between now and 30 days out, the balance will be collected upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

• 10% non-refundable fee: There is a 10% non-refundable, non-transferable fee of the total reservation amount if you cancel any time after booking, until 30 days before arrival.
• 30 Days Before Arrival: Cancellations made within 30 days prior to your arrival date, but outside of 48 hours, will incur a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable fee of the total reservation amount. (This is a change from our previous 14-day cancellation policy.)
• 48 Hours Before Arrival: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival.
•  "No show" reservations will be canceled after the first night.

Pets Policy

No pets allowed.

Other Policy

Rates Policy: Rates are based on double occupancy. Each additional guest is $12.00 per night. Vacation homes have a two-night minimum. Rollaway beds are not available.

Check-in: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out: 10:00 a.m.

The front desk is open from 7:00 am - 10:00 pm.

Early arrivals may come and participate in activities, and meals, plus enjoy the facilities while waiting for check-in time.
